What you receive

VeloraSim sells prepaid mobile data as a digital eSIM. There is no plastic SIM and nothing is shipped by post.

How delivery works

After a successful payment, the activation details (SM-DP+ address and activation code) appear in your account and are sent to the email address on the order. You install the eSIM in your phone settings. Typical setup takes a few minutes on Wi-Fi.

Delivery time

Delivery is immediate after payment is confirmed. If the confirmation email is delayed, the same details are available in My orders and My eSIMs once you are signed in.

Fees

There is no shipping fee. The price you confirm at checkout is the price of the data plan. Activation is included. VAT on these digital services is included in the displayed price, and paying by debit card does not add a fee or a minimum order.

If delivery fails

If you paid and did not receive the activation details, contact support with your order number. We will resend them or refund you under the Refund Policy.
